The objective of this project was to design a cardboard shelf for students which could be easily assembled and disassembled, be able to withstand the heavy weight of textbooks, be able to accommodate various sizes of textbooks, is aesthetically pleasing, and can be easily manufactured with the least amount of cardboard.

The project was later remixed for Design Emporium + ITEM, an exhibition-sale of contemporary art with design, archi tecture, fashion, photography and illustration, this exhibition-sale, featuring works by over 30 of Ottawa-Gatineau’s most influential artists.
